Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹3,000.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable on orders below ₹3,000.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high demand or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be notified.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India only. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Tracking information will become active once the courier has scanned the parcel.
Packaging
Each piece of silver jewellery is carefully packed in secure, protective packaging to prevent damage during transit and ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Delivery Issues
If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can assist you.
If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received the order, please notify us within 24 hours for further investigation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or loss due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
